Cinnamon Nut Cake
Recipe Description
Delicious moist cake.
I didn't have black walnuts on hand, so I used
almonds, and it got rave reviews

Grease baking dish
Crush walnuts

Ingredients:Cake
1 box vanilla cake
mix
1 c. water
1 large package
instant vanilla
pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
Topping:
1 T. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 c. crushed black
walnuts
Serves:1 box vanilla cake

Directions:1. To prepare cake combine all ingredients and mix
well. Spoon 1/2 of batter into greased 13" x 9"
baking pan.
2. To prepare topping, combine all ingredients.
Spread 1/2 topping over cake batter. Add remaining
batter and then remaining topping.
3. Bake at 350º for 30-35 min. Cool and serve.
I used a glass baking dish and needed to bake it for
the full 35 min.
