3/4 cup warm milk
1/4 c sugar
1 tes salt
4 tbl butter, softenened
2 eggs
1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 c warm water
2 1/2 c white flour
1 teas. cinnamon

Mix milk sugar salt butter and eggs in large bowl and let cool to lukewarm. Stir in yeast into the warm water, let stand for 5 min. to dissolve. Add the dissolved yeast to first mixture, beat thoroughly, add 1 1/2 cups of flour, beat well. Cover, let rise in warm place 1 hour.Add remaining cup of flour, blend in well, adding more if necessary to make the dough firm enough to handle. Knead until smooth and elastic. Put in buttered bowl, cover, let rise until doubled. Punch down, shape into rolls, and let rise for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with a cinnamon & sugar mix. Preheat oven to 400. Bake rolls for 15 - 20 min.
