I have a clay pot for baking. I wished I remembered to use it more often, because the chicken cooked in it is wonderful!

I had a Pampered Chef party once and the chicken dish the rep prepared was done in the roaster. I had forgotten all about that - it was wonderful!

i GOT MY BEST FRIEND ONE 20 YEARS AGO WHEN SHE GOT MARRIED AND SHE STILL USES IT - SHE SAYS IT IS THE BEST - NOTHING EVER BURNS and she says the meat comes out really succulent.

I had to decrease the amt of additional water when I bake chicken. I like mine.
