I needed new clothes so in desperation I bought a pair of denim Capri's at Walmart - $17 dollars for 1 pair. and I eyed a cream colored shirt but $13 felt like to much so I left it there.

Then headed to the Goodwill and spent about $17

and got

2 pairs of dress pants ( one Land's End and the other was new with tags originally $44 - both classic styles)

1 pair of land End shorts

1 denim Capri ( lee brand)

1 khaki colored Capri's

and 1 cream colored shirt new with tags even had the spare button still with he tags. The same $13 shirt I had just eyed at Walmart just moments before.

How great was that?

Side note I noticed the walmart capri's have a pull in the fabric that could easily become a hole so back to the store the capri's go.

The Walmart Capri's are already taken back. It is on the way to drop off and pick up at the jr high and high school in our town. So I go by there daily. lol I had bought them with a gift card from Christmas but they gave the amount back to me in cash.

WTG My favorite kind of shopping.

Not goodwill sopping but Spring and summer shopping.

I needed tanks for layering. Goodwill did not have much in my size.

But I get a text from jcpenney saying junior tanks are on $3 best price special today.

So I go and give them a try. Perfect for layering.

That means that so far I have not spent more that $3.50 for any article in my new spring and summer wardrobe.

now I'm on the look for khaki shorts (need) and maybe a gorgeous dress or skirt/shirt (want).
