Cola Pork Chops​

Recipe Description

Love this recipe! So easy to make and so yummy! These chops get so succulent and tender!​

Preparation Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.​

Time Needed:

little prep - cook time 1 hour​

Ingredients:

1 cup ketchup
1 cup cola
2 tablespoons brown sugar
8 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste​

Serves:

Directions:

Mix together ketchup, cola and brown sugar. Place pork chops in a baking dish (9x13 works well) and pour cola mixture over pork chops. Bake about one hour for medium chops. If chops are very thick, it may take a bit longer.​

Do you have to brown the chops first?

I use basically the same recipe... but I do them in the crockpot. Don't have to heat up the kitchen that way.
