This is filling and satisfying. Use whatever berries or soft fruit are in season. If you don't like cilantro, fresh basil works well. Mint would be good too.

2 cups cold, cooked rice - any type. I like jasmine.
1 to 2 cups berries or soft fruit. Don't use citrus. It could make the cream curdle. I used strawberries, but next time I'm going to try kiwi while they're in season and cheap.
Honey or agave syrup to taste.
Cilantro or fresh basil. Kroger occasionally marks down their fresh herbs.
Half n half, to taste.

Mix and serve. So good.
