Do you try to stay in constant motion? I've read in several articles where they say that people who are in constant motion, even just fidgeting while you are sitting, are more able to lose weight quickly because they are keeping their metabolism up, even if it is just a little bit higher than usual.

I don't do it unconsciously, but I have been making more of an effort recently to even just shake my legs while I'm sitting and watching tv, or on the computer, etc.

Are you someone who is in constant motion, or when you sit, are you just sitting?
