Cookie Salad​

Recipe Description

An old co-worker used to bring this to potluck lunches at work. It is sooo good! I would have thought the oranges would taste funky, but they burst in your mouth and make this dish super tasty!​

Ingredients:

8 ounce tub of whip cream
1 box vanilla pudding
1 cup buttermilk
2 small manderin oranges (or 1 can)
fudge striped cookies​

Serves:

Directions:

Mix pudding, let it set up. Mix pudding, whip cream and buttermilk. Break up cookies. Add the remaining ingredients (including cookies) and stir. Chill and serve.​

This is one of my absolutely favorite desserts. I bring it to a lot of the potlucks and I never have any left overs.
