Cookie Salad

Recipe Description
An old co-worker used to bring this to potluck lunches at work. It is sooo good! I would have thought the oranges would taste funky, but they burst in your mouth and make this dish super tasty!
Preparation Steps:
Level of Difficulty:
Easy
Time Needed:
Ingredients:
8 ounce tub of whip cream
1 box vanilla pudding
1 cup buttermilk
2 small manderin oranges (or 1 can)
fudge striped cookies
Serves:
Directions:
Mix pudding, let it set up. Mix pudding, whip cream and buttermilk. Break up cookies. Add the remaining ingredients (including cookies) and stir. Chill and serve.

This is one of my absolutely favorite desserts. I bring it to a lot of the potlucks and I never have any left overs.

Looks very good. I'm thinking I'd like it with strawberries and cheesecake pudding as substitutes, too.

Sounds great! Thanks...don't know if it will make it to a potluck, though, :hungry: DH and DS will head it off before it gets out the door.
