Does anyone have any good recipes for 2 people?
I went from cooking for 5 to cooking for 2 and it isn't easy.
I find a lot of times thinking I am making enough for 2 and I end up with enough left overs for days.

I've been enjoying Taste of Home's Cooking for 2 mag, but it only comes out 4 times a year.

I cut down then dh says not enough leftovers which he prefers to sandwiches, so then I make a normal amount, and he decides he doesn't want leftovers that day or next.

It's a learning curve and I'm tossing a lot more than I used to.

Some I freeze for future individual meals but honestly I'm not sure I've got a good answer on that yet.

dd left home this summer, ds the previous spring. Gone from 4 to 2 in a year.

www.allrecipes.com will scale the recipes to fit your crowd. . .. I generally have to scale up, rather than down.

Also- I just cook regular recipes, then freeze the leftovers in sectioned plates I bought at the dollar store. Instant TV dinners, and we don't get tired of the same old thing for many nights.
