I'm trying to use extra egg nog before it goes off, and I was wondering if anyone has used it in cooking before. I know it could be used in baking but I was wondering about cream soups, maybe the spices would add a bit of kick (I'm talking about egg nog before the run is added )

Anyone have any ideas/recipes?

I think a pumpkin or squash soup would taste great, I use most of the same ingredients in them as is in the egg nog.

Pancakes, french toast, cupcakes, cookies (you can always leave a plate of them out and we Villagers :lol: )

I use mine in coffee... but that french toast sounds awesome!

Used to have it for breakfast when I was a kid, got so I couldn't stand cooked eggs for a while, so I'd have eggnog: milk and eggs for breakfast. I use mine up either in cookies or french toast.
