Country Pork With Mushrooms
Recipe Description
Oh my! This recipe was no doubt the tastiest thing I've made in a long time. It doesn't make a lot of gravy, but the pork just falls right apart and is very delicious! You can serve it either with mashed potatoes, egg noodles or rice.
If you use boned ribs, make sure that you remove the bones after the meat has cooked. It'll fall right off the bone. Also be careful of any gristle! The boneless ribs are highly recommended.
