This just showed up on the news yesterday! I am PUMPED!

Top Picks : Coupon crazy

They showed a shopping trip, the report and the coupon clipper. The coupon clipper had a bill of $27 and change, the reporter was $140.

IT IS ABOUT TIME!!!!! WOOOHOOOO!

I'm going to start couponing again :) Need to network a little and make a coupon swap club :)

The video says coupon stacking is popular in the US.

I have never seen a store here in the US that lets you stack coupons with different bar codes like the lady did in the video.

They let you "stack" a manufacture coupon with a store off coupon but not two different manufacture coupons.

I can see how that would save you lots of money. Good luck with your couponing. I hope you save tons of $$$.

Ok, here is the scoop:

London Drugs will allow you to stack as shown in the video, apparently they have for several years, (where was I???). Limit of 4 identical items. So 4 dish soap, 4 shampoo etc. This is so there is no abuse of a great opportunity.

Save-on Foods will allow you to stack as shown in the video(this is new in the last few months, and not all locations are doing it yet, so call first, and have extreme patience with them as they are learning and trying to accommodate coupons, don't clear their shelves or take all the coupons, or they'll stop).

Sometimes Wal-mart will, depends on cashier and CSM.

Loblaws(RCSS, NO FRILLS, EXTRA FOODS) will allow you to use a manufacturer coupon and a store coupon(I had no idea). Not true stacking but you can get some great deals this way.

Unfortunately London Drugs is only out west, they've been stacking there for as long as I've been on the shopping boards. I'm not sure how they get away with it, since it usually violates the terms of the coupons.

Didn't know Superstore would allow store & manufacturer coupons at the same time. I'll have to read one of their coupons next time I'm in. I'm sure I'd get hassled if I tried it though, they never seem to know what they're doing in there at the best of times.

Yes I have stacked at London Drigs, especially glucerna for my daughter who has diabetes. It has been a huge help...

Would you like to start a coupon train? I have a stack of coupons that I don't need so I could start it off...

The way it works is when you receive the coupons you take out what you need and replace it with extra coupons you have and then send it to the next rider. If you are interested PM me...

I know the Save-On near our house does not allow coupon stacking. I haven't tried Superstore or Safeway or Sobey's yet.
