I made this to take for Sunday School this morning. It served 2 classes!
1 bag (30 oz.) frozen hash browns
1 lb. bacon (fried and diced) or ham (diced)
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
1 1/2 cups of cheddar or monterrey jack cheese shredded
1 cup milk
salt and pepper
1 dozen eggs
start with a layer of 1/3 of the hash browns. Layer 1/3 of the onion, green pepper, ham, and cheese. Repeat 2 more times. Beat eggs and milk, add salt and pepper. Pour over all in crock pot. Cover and cook 10-12 hours.
This is great to start and have ready in the morning!
