I made this to take for Sunday School this morning. It served 2 classes!

1 bag (30 oz.) frozen hash browns
1 lb. bacon (fried and diced) or ham (diced)
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
1 1/2 cups of cheddar or monterrey jack cheese shredded
1 cup milk
salt and pepper
1 dozen eggs

start with a layer of 1/3 of the hash browns. Layer 1/3 of the onion, green pepper, ham, and cheese. Repeat 2 more times. Beat eggs and milk, add salt and pepper. Pour over all in crock pot. Cover and cook 10-12 hours.

This is great to start and have ready in the morning!

SOunds wonderful! Did the house smell so good all night though? Would it make me hungry all night? LOL

That sounds yummy and easy to make too! Did you start it last night and wake up to it ready this morning?

Yes to both! I put it in about 10 P.M. last night and it was ready when I headed for Sunday School at 9 A.M. It did smell really good. I would probably season it up a little more. But everyone liked it.
