Makes 4 servings
1 16 or 18 oz. pkg. frozen cooked meatballs
1 16-oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 14-1/2-oz. can diced tomatoes with onion and garlic, undrained
1 12-oz. jar mushroom gravy
1/3 cup water
1-1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
In 3-1/2 or 4 qt. crockpot, combine meatballs and vegetables. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs and vegetables in crockpot. Cover and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Recipe can be doubled. Adjust amount of dried basil used to taste. Serve with crusty bread and a tossed salad.
