Crunchy Roll Sauce
Recipe Description
This tastes just like the topping on a crunchy roll at my favorite sushi place that I can't afford. 
I like this on sandwiches as well as homemade sushi. The measurements given make a salad-dressing style sauce. Adding more mayo will bring it to the thickness for a sushi topping, if you want. It also makes a great veggie dip.

Ingredients:2 Tbsp Mayo
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lime Juice
1/2 to 1 Tbsp Honey, to taste
1 Tbsp Siricha Sauce (asian hot sauce. If you haven't tried it, it's amazing.)
1/2 tsp white or rice vinegar
Serves:1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions:Mix ingredients. Taste and add more honey for taste or mayo for thickness.
