You could make one yourself very frugally - just some card stock, ribbon and a tin of some sort. (Maybe one of those snack-sized Pringles cans painted a festive color?)

Love it! But I sure wouldn't pay $18 for it. It looks pretty easy to make, I may try to do one or two.
