I made these for dd yesterday when she wanted brownies. I substitued dried apricots, because I only have little date bits, added a little cocoa powder, and rolled them in toasted coconut.

Oh, and I didn't bother to grind the nuts all the way to a powder- some was ground all the way, and I left some as little nut bits so that there was some texture to them.

She really liked them and ate several.
