I have to agree with Happy Mama. I would think it would be the safest way of protecting her job...and with documentation and witnesses I would fight it as long as resources held out.

Preferably the Regional as that is the next up the chain of command. If it is a national retail outlet by any chance her boss will have a hard time maintaining her job.Tell your daughter to keep notes written with dates , times, witnesses etc.
