Ok, it's late and no one has posted on this yet so I'll give it a shot. I'll stick with my 72oz. a day for a monthly total of 2232. Join in everyone.

I'll be sticking to my usual 64 oz. daily.

I haven't been a water drinker since I became a SAHM 2 years ago.

I'll make a goal of 32oz. of water per day for a total of 992oz. for the month of December. It's a start.

I'll stick with my normal 64 oz. that I am not reaching all the time.

Have trouble drinking water in the winter..........:thud:

Don't think I will make it today either...........not quite there yet.

I didn't make goal today. Was nauseous all day and water made it worse so only 30 oz today.

I got my goal of 32oz. of water today & I drank less than 2 cans of Coca~Cola. Hoping this means more water = less soda in the long run!

Oops, forgot to sign up for this month, didn't make goal last month. I'll try again, 48 oz a day, total of 1488 oz for December.
