is it possible?

I'm hoping that I can dehydrate those suckers and sub them in when a recipe calls for dried cherries (granola, cookies)...I like dried cherries but jeez I just can't afford them!!!

I think they might take a little longer because of the syrup they are soaked in but sure!

They will add much more sweetness to a recipe so see how they compare once dehydrated. I'm interested to know how they turn out.
