Absolutely! My DH is home on weekends and I find I cook more and bake more!! I just have to learn to STAY OUT OF IT though! My big problem time too is at night after the kiddos are in bed....I am getting better, much better, but why I think I NEED something to eat before bed, I don't know!
I used to really struggle with it and my weigh-ins are on Tuesday mornings. DH and I had date night on the weekend and it just wrecked my program. So now we have date night on Tuesday night instead, I can splurge because I've had my WI, and I still have plenty of time to get back on program the rest of the week.
