I find the weekends the hardest for some reason, but the last 2 weekends, I've been really working hard not to give in to my food cravings and to get active instead.

How about you, are the weekends the hardest?

Any day that ends in "Y" :wink: :laugh:
I seem to struggle in the evenings of every day !! But Friday evenings and Sundays are the worst for me.

Absolutely! My DH is home on weekends and I find I cook more and bake more!! I just have to learn to STAY OUT OF IT though! My big problem time too is at night after the kiddos are in bed....I am getting better, much better, but why I think I NEED something to eat before bed, I don't know!:(

I am struggling really bad right now. Especially on weekends. I am going to try to jump back on the wagon Monday.

I used to really struggle with it and my weigh-ins are on Tuesday mornings. DH and I had date night on the weekend and it just wrecked my program. So now we have date night on Tuesday night instead, I can splurge because I've had my WI, and I still have plenty of time to get back on program the rest of the week.
