I acquired an industrial size can of dried applesauce flakes. Any suggestions for recipes that do not require me to rehydrate them? ( I have plenty of recipes for applesauce in general....) Thanks!

maybe put them in muffins, yum. I'd probably increase my liquids to account for them being dry.

Way cool! How about oatmeal apple cookies or adding to a scone mix or mixing with some sugar and cinnamon for a struesel topping or cake filling, or .... sprinkling on icecream, or adding sweetness to a high fiber cereal or giving a spark to rice crispy treats, or..... oh! i need to get to bed. good night!
