I'll join you! I have a water bottle that I fill before my workout - it holds 3 cups. I'm working on my second bottle - so 5 cups so far today for me! My goals is 9 cups per day (based on - half my body weight in ounces).
well, i haven't done so good today! haven't had anymore since the one this morning!! and to make things worse, i drank a BIG diet coke!! a regular diet coke....so it had caffeine too!!
i am going now to get a glass of water, so i can try to catch up!!
