ok, yesterday i didn't do so good! today, i just finished glass #3. the glass is 14 oz. now, i'm out of jug spring water.....so,hopefully we will get more tonight at the grocery store!!

I am using my 32 oz sipper bottle and striving for at least two, but ideally three. It's easier for me this way.

I am doing better today - yesterday was the first day I did NOT get my water all in.

I use a 32oz sipper bottle too!! and also strive for 2 a day, but usually do 3 and sometimes 4 Those are the days that I think I will float away!!! ROFL

If I follow my diet the way I am suppose to, I will have at least if not more than 100 oz before the day is over. Talk about frequent trips to the bathroom:toothy:
