I've been cooking on cast iron for years and I can't say enough about how much I love it! I've found all of my pieces at flea markets, and have recently stripped and re-seasoned them.
I came across one the other day that is covered in a light blue enamel and has a wooden handle. It doesn't have any markings on it that would look like a brand mark, so I was wondering if anyone would have any information on when wooden handles were used and which brands it could be? It's a beautiful piece, in fact it's the first enameled one that I've found at a flea market.
Thank you for your help!
