I am down exactly 1 lb this week. Total now is 4.8 lbs :)

That's fantastic Michelle. What's your upper limit? Are you hungry now? Getting over the carb cravings some?
Wow, I know I typed a reply to this yesterday. I must have hit preview post and then forgot to actually submit it.

I'm not sure what you mean by upper limit, but if you're asking what's the max. calories I eat in a day, it's 1550. I am usually closer to 1200. That's the range I read would be best for my current weight and weight loss goals. :)

I haven't deprived myself of anything, so I'm not really feeling the cravings. I've noticed that I don't crave sweets as much simply because I'm not eating as many.

I've been doing the 12-1500 per day all of this week myself and have lost 3 (prev. lost and regained...sigh) pounds as well. I'm not really counting them as pounds lost b/c they were pounds gained...:lol: (make any sense at all?)

Keep up the good work Chelle!:bunny:
