Okay girls...I just got 4 cans of evaporated milk for free. Do I add water? How does it work? I plan to use it in my cooking, but don't know how it works! (Yes, I'm a cooking moron. :bang: )

yup, dilute it one to one for regular milk strength in cooking.

Freezing it a little makes it whippable for a pretty nice nutritious whipped topping with some sweetener or sugar.

And full strenght in coffee.

Just DON'T confuse it with CONDENSED MILK as they are VERY different and won't work at all the same in recipes.
