Fake 'em out Lasagna​

Recipe Description

Easy and a family favorite.​

Preparation Steps:

Heat oven *375 and cook pasta.​

Ingredients:

2/3 box cooked large tube pasta

1 jar spaghetti sauce

1 container cottage cheese

1 large bag of mozzerella shredded cheese​

Serves:

Directions:

Mix 1 cup cheese into cottage cheese with 1/4 pasta sauce. Coat bottom of a baking dish with a small layer of sauce. Alternate layers of pasta, cheese mixture, sauce, and shredded cheese.

Optional - sprinkle with oregano and ground pepper.

Bake at *375 uncovered for 20 minutes.​

This sounds pretty good. Think I'll make it this weekend. I find that as I eliminate meat from my diet I feel better. I have meat only once or twice a week now. Although, on occasion I do crave a big, juicy, medium rare steak. lol
