Ok, what is your favorite dessert? I have several!

Cheesecake topped with cherries
cookie dough ice cream
rum cake
chocolate cake (made from scratch with homemade frosting)

Do you know how HARD that question is??? :smball: I would have to say cheesecake and lemon pie, actually I like most pie (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry (mmmm....), you get the picture)

I love this frozen lemon dessert that has crushed vanilla wafers as a crust and creamy lemon filling and some more nilla wafers atop. It is sooo good and refreshing. Anyone want the recipe?

I'm with Sewcrafty on hating coconut. It's like eating shredded plastic.:yucky:
