A new month already!! We need to keep moving!!

I am going to try for 40 minutes per day.

What are your goals?

40 minute walk today in the cold but when it is cold like this it burns extra calories just to stay warm! :D

I am looking to do 800 minutes this month. 60 are already done. Woo-hoo!

Didn't see this thread earlier. My goal is to workout 4 to 6 times a week.

40 minutes today of step aerobics.

I won't be doing anything today. I put my back out again and it is just impossible! :)
