According to Prevention magazine these foods are the "5 Super Satisfiers". Foods that fill you up, with the fewest calories.

1. Potatoes
2. Fish
3. Oatmeal
4. Oranges
5. Apples

Thanks Belinda! I know if I have oatmeal for breakfast I am really full. I will have it as a snack too if I am hungry.:smball:
