I really don't know what's going on with me, but for the past few days I've just felt so down, no energy, feel like crying all the time.....and this just isn't me! Things with my DH are great and the only other stress I have is the on going saga with my step daughter and I am concerned about my nephews wife who has been in ICU for over a week now, but.... these things should not be causing me to feel the way I am. I sure hope this passes soon.

Might be a good thing to talk to your doc if this keeps up. In the meantime I know you've heard it beore but getting out and going for regular walks really can do great things for the body & soul. Hope your feeling like your old self soon Joy.:heartsm:

Sometimes life can be a grind, can't it? I think you should try to focus on getting good sleep, get some exercise everyday, and give yourself some good self-talk about how you're going to survive this and move on. If the sadness continues, go see your doctor. I wish you the best!
