I love this site from Microsoft. Its totally free and they have "templates" for about anything you could want in a printable. About half way down the page is where you will find the spot that says, "Browse Templates". Click on one in the box of what you are looking for and then it opens a whole new list on each thing.
Its an awesome site with some great printables on it.

I am always looking for good printables, and this site has a ton of different ones.

This site below has many printables also, and some that are just to help with things like; "On my mind", "no excuses", "My strengths", " My weakness". Then if you pull to the bottom of the site it has another list of other printables that you can get. Most are organizing helpers, but they really have some great ideas on printables that you might find handy to use.

One more, HP has a wonderful Medical Organizer kit that is printable. It really has some great ideas on what to put together on your kids and family for medical information.

Hope you can use some of these, I really have found them to be helpful.
Have a great day!!
