What are your favorite dinners to make extras of and then freeze? I want to start putting aready made dinners on the freezer, but not sure which recipes are better then others. Any tips?

Piney.....cookie dough?? what kind and how do you recommend to freeze it? Thanks in advance
I'm not the cookie dough poster, but I've done it often. Almost any ordinary cookie recipe should be ok, like peanut butter, sugar cookies, chocolate chip. I've frozen them in "drop" form on cookie sheets and then bagged them, or made it into logs (like the Pillsbury refrigerated ones), wraped in plastic wrap and then in foil. I mostly to it that way, because it's much more space efficient, and it thaws quickly.

I don't usually freeze whole meals, but try to keep ingredients on hand for really quick throw-things-in-a-skillet dinners -- like pre-cooked chopped chicken and ground meat.
thank you so much!!
