- I did some cooking today and made cranberry bread using up the last of the cranberries before they went bad, apple cinnamon muffins, and stuffing balls. I froze most of the stuffing balls for Thanksgiving dinner.
- I also made chocolate syrup and maple syrup this morning.
- hung a load of laundry
- dinner was from scratch
- pb&j for lunch today
- heat at 65 day and 63 night
- dh has strep throat and while this isn't a good thing, I sent him to urgent care yesterday with a coupon for a $25 GC to cvs with a new prescription. So we will have to pay for the urgent care visit, but at least got the free GC. Why does my family always get sick on the weekends? He was perfectly fine Friday at 4:00 and by 5:00 he was very sick. There is no way he could have made it through the weekend. This is the story of my life!
- cut dh's hair myself tonight
- wrote an article on what to do with Thanksgiving leftovers
- got free sour cream at Target today after sale and coupons

I'm not going to let myself buy anything for myself this week, regardless of the christmas deals which will be assailing my senses while I look for gifts.

This week:

*Heat on 67 during day and 64 at night.
*All meals from home...except Thanksgiving which is at my moms!
*No Christmas shopping this week will get recipes together for cookies that I need to make for Christmas baskets.
*Cleaning house, sorting things, to see what to get kids for Christmas. They have so much. We are going to be donating a batch of clothes/toys this weekend to the homeless shelter in town.
*Keeping paperwork up to date, so I do not get behind or lose reciepts.
*Staying home, playing games, etc for fun instead of going anywhere and wasting time, and gas.
*Had drop in child call today so will make extra $20 today.
*Cashed in all survey sites. Have $50 check coming from globaltestmarket, $7 from opinion outpost, $10 gift card from blockbuster form quizpoints, $5 gift card from dunkin donuts from epoll. Will use these for Christmas presents. :)
*All in all a good frugal week. All I bought this week was bleach.
*Using samples of laundry detergent for a while. I ran out and have a ton of samples!
*Sent in for lots of samples, and freebies. :) I try for 5 a day!
*May have part time kids starting next week, for my empty slots for daycare! I am over full!!! YAY!!

For yesterday I cooked my turkey. This wasn't planned, you can check out why on my blog LOL, lets just say I had to.

Anyway, I cooked up the bones and fats in 2 pots for lots of turkey broth. I have enough for our Thanksgiving meal on Thursday as well as soup for the weekend.
- washed ziploc bags
- hung laundry
- dinner was a frozen pizza as I was dealing with the turkey, but we didn't order out right, that is why I try to keep a couple of frozen pizzas on hand
- heat at 65
- dd had leftovers for dinner when she got home from gymnastics
