I know I'm early but I don't plan on any spending today :)

Going to church
Watching the race at 2:00
All meals from the pantry
Haven't spent one dime of my tax refund except for the little bit I put towards my debts. (This has been hard, I resisted the urge to go to Target yesterday)
DH wants to get pizza today, but I told him he's buying, I don't have any money for that, lol
Added to my change jar again-it's growing fast!
Planning meals/lunches for next week
Only need peanut butter and sugar from the store
Still under my goal for the grocery challenge-living off of my pantry :yippee:

limit air conditioning (but we keep heat very low)
let DH go without a good haircut
eat fast food
stop eating at nice restaurants

-both kids had friends over to keep them occupied

-read some books about using my sewing machine. I'm just gonna have to play with it and figure it out.
-used up some grapes before they start to go bad
-my neighbor gave us over a pound of cole slaw and potato salad

Lately I feel like for every frugal thing I do, I do something unfrugal. Like buy $50 flowers for my parents 36th wedding anniversary that I could have bought a gift and sent ahead of time cheaper or the $4 bag of my fav candy that is only out at Easter time. Anywho....

~ From same friend, got 2 racks and 2 pictures to use in new house in the bathroom for decor (she was cleaning out her garage and isn't using them)
~ Did two days of no makeup over the weekend
~ Short shower today...partly so baby didn't get into everything while I was in there LOL
~ Took on call for today b/c it was time and a half for being a holiday
~ Trying to stay on budget with house and birthday expenses...trying hard to track it all

Dinner is spaghetti from the pantry/fridge
Dessert is cake that my mom made and some cookies I made yesterday
No money spent today

- Listed more items on eBay
- Used $10 restaurant.com gift certificate for dinner (that I paid $1.20 for during a 60% off sale)
- Used a buy one get one free coupon to treat us to Blizzards
- Used a free sample of lactose intolerance enzyme so I could ENJOY the Blizzard

- Brought my lunch to school (in re-usable containers instead of baggies)
- Afternoon meal (I eat 4-5 smaller meals a day) was leftover wheat spaghetti from yesterday
- Shipped off clothes sold on eBay (2 pais of jeans for $86 total!) in boxes that were already in the house
- Just caught the dishwasher before it went to the dry cycle to open it and let the dishes air-dry
- Went to Starbucks still for some caffeine, but opted for plain coffee instead of a (soy) latte
- Am enjoying some of the Choxie bar that I got for free at Target!

-it's a no spend day!!!
-lights and TV were off until about 2 hours ago
-all meals from home :)
-unfortunately I have about 3 more loads of laundry to do but I think I'm going to hang one on racks overnight. The other 2 will go into the dryer. I will leave the dryer door open when I'm done to let a little heat drift into my bedroom.
-heat down to 63 most of the day. It's fairly warm outside so it wasn't that bad. I left the main back door open to let the sunlight heat the dining room and kitchen.
-printed off tons of homeschooling unit studies from the internet...saving lots of $$$
