Sunday, July 20th...

*Opened a mail survey I got this week to find a $4 check. Yeah!
*Qualified for another $4 survey/product test next month. I won't need any monthly feminine supplies!
*Ate lunch out for the church picnic ($21) but have leftover water, pretzels, and popcorn. Ate the leftover pizza for dinner.
*Took a TGIF's survey for a free appetizer for our next visit
*I broke down and bought a new digital camera, but I got it on sale and shopped through Upromise, so we'll get a little something back.
*Did most of the laundry today on cold
*Picked out some of DS's clothing to be sold at the consignment store
*My two items I listed on eBay sold
*Bought gas on $.05 off Sunday

AC on 77 during the day-turned it up a notch!
hung out 2 loads of wash
found a gift card to the Children's place in dd's old car last night, lol for little one-for $25 (it was from Christmas)
Got a letter from the state that Ashlee might be eligible for a grant for college this year-MAJOR HURRAY! :hurray:
Ate from the pantry
used the pool for entertainment
organized my desk so I can find stuff
got more coupons to clip
Using $50 from DH limo job to go towards the next credit card

~picked up some snacks, drinks, and lunch foods for me to keep in the hotel room so I do not have to go out and eat lunch everyday (which would really add up)

*washing in cold and planning to line dry in the AM

*planning menu for the week so that I eat at home with something healthy

*plan route tomorrow to hit grocery store produce sale, haircut and walgrens with minimal gas used

*found some school supplies from last year that are being used again this year
*trying my best to get back on the frugal bandwagon
*menu planning for the week
*clipping coupons for upcoming triples this week
*made plans to go blueberry picking with a friend later in the week...cheap and productive entertainment

~ pulled out the box fan to use in the playroom/office - it is the hottest room in the house and the kids need somewhere to play as it will be around 100 for the next few days

~ hung clothes outside to <s>bake</s> dry
~ DH found a whole, cooked chicken at the grocery store last night marked down to $2, so he bought it. I deboned it and froze the chicken and carcass for later
~ ran errands in a circle to reduce gas, stopped at Walmart *ugh* to get the free 3-D glasses for the televised Hannah Montana concert on Friday
~ made peanut butter-honey balls dipped in chocolate for the kids' treats this week
~ eating leftovers for dinner tonight...it is too hot to cook
~ Started school today, we have so many curriculum materials on hand that we are not going to have to buy anything new until after Fall break

*Dinner was a stir-fry with one chicken breast and all the veggies that were about to go bad. Using up food and less meat.
*A/C's up high (or down low?) 78 degrees and up
*Got a $25 CVS GC from MyPoints today in the mail
*DH got a $600 expense re-imbursement check in the mail
*Submitted for $500 daycare FSA re-imbursement
*Asked for paperwork to rollover a 401K. (woo!)
*Rebalanced portfolio in my other 401K (why did I wait until I've lost almost $1000 this year? D'oh!)
