I love the people of Australia, they're one of the warmest, friendliest people I've met in my life. I went to Sydney in '99 and most people I've talked to discouraged me from going there saying that Australians are generally rude. Well, I'm glad I didn't listen to anyone because I had a good time over there, met a lot of friends, I love Bondi Beach, Circular Quay and Taronga Zoo is awesome. People greet you and say Hi! in Darling Harbor and everywhere you go; given the chance, I'll go back there and bring my family for them to experience OZ hospitality.
Thanks for that nice welcome, folks, and Mamma Bear, it's great to hear you enjoyed your visit down here- Aussies are easy-going, friendly people, and there are a surprisingly large number of folk from the US and Canada living here, as well.
