Today the little one had fun messing up my room and playing with my jewelry and even my hair barrettes.

Instead of getting grumpy, I put my bracelets on him after he destroyed my bed too. lol. Then the hair Barrett.

He is a ham when he knows I'm going to take a pic from my cell and pointed his finger right then. lol

Good memories and sometimes I think I take these fun moments for granted.

So share your fun stories about your kids here. :)

I probably should have put this in the general chat of the family forum but was hoping the SAHM's forum would get more active. :)

Good pic, Palooka!

And---you're right-----my boys are grown and gone (to other parts of the country) and I'm missing them BADLY the last couple of days. Enjoy your little man while you can!

I wonder sometimes how I will deal with that empty nest syndrome. I think about it a lot since my daughter is facing college.

I'm enjoying him very much and he is going through such a fun stage.

Tonight he tripped over his car and I said "Are you okay bud?" He said, "Yeah, I'm fine, thank you. " heh. It's fun now because he is learning so many words and talking a lot.

Dh has an addiction to Blue Bell ice cream and leaves those little cartons in the room. *grrrrr. But he points to them and says cow cow! Because that picture is on there. :)

my kids are 14 and 12 now, but we were talking about some of the things they used to do as kids.
My son used to crawl in bed with me in the morning and get right in my face and say momma over and over and over until i woke up kinda like stewie from family guy. it would freak me out everytime he did it because he would get as close as he could without touching my face with his face. One morning he crawled in bed with me but went to sleep. So I did the same thing to him by getting really close and saying his name over and over till he woke up. Poor kid squealed at momma's face being that close when he woke up. But he stopped doing that to me so mornings were less traumatic for both of us. ;)
I also have pictures of the fall out of the kids getting into a box of markers. They colored on each other. Pulled up pants legs and colored, pulled up sleeves and colored. Colored on their bellies. Even pulled off their socks and colored between their toes and then put the socks back on. The funniest though was that they colored dd's face. One half was done in orange and the other in green. They drew on eyebrows (poor kid still doesn't have eyebrows that you can really see she's so blond) a mustache and a beard. I couldn't get but so mad because it was hilarious and they were crayola markers so it all washed off.
