A month or so ago I tried to print a 2.00 brita coupon online. For some reason it wouldnt work. I emailed the company; got a nice reply and they said they would send me a coupon. I figured it would be for the 2.00 filters. Well I received a 10.00 coupon off any brita product. I did buy filters but got a much bigger box of them.

I have been looking for coppertone suntan lotion in the small tube with a carabinder attached. I emailed the company to ask. They replied they don't make it anymore but would send me coupons. Yesterday I got a coupon book worth 20.00. Bayer is the parent company but I can use alot of the coupons.

Does anyone else ever contact companies with questions or concerns and get rewarded?

I used to a long time ago. Yes it paid off. Also used to be a website called Planet Feedback. dot com. Don't know if it's still around. That was mega productive. A lot of times they'll send free ones too.
Same with restaurants.

I never had any luck with Planet Feedback, but if I am unhappy with a product I call the toll free number on the packaging. They almost always send coupons. If I am happy with the product I sometimes call as well, many will send coupons but not the high value, replacement coupons you get if you are an unhappy customer.

I am not a big coupon user, right now in my wallet are some from Nellie's Eggs, I called to express concern over their packaging; and Cabot Cheese, I called to ask how to store it so it wouldn't get moldy so fast (answer - wrapped tightly in cling film, NOT in a ziploc bag like I was doing).
