Preparation Steps:
Wash and dry apples. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Level of Difficulty:
Time Needed:
30 -45 minutes
4 large apples
1/2 cup gluten free granola
1/4 cup nutty flax cereal
2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of ground ginger (optional)
pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)
1 tbsp margarine melted
1.5 tbsp margarine softened
1/4 cup of brown sugar

Top each filled core with a bit of margarine.
Fill the bottom of the pan with a 1/2 cup of water.
bake at 375 for 30 -45 minutes until the apples are soft. (baking time depends on the size and type of the apples)
