rediscovered old recipe

Looking for a quick waffle recipe, I recently got it back in my hands.
It is quick and easy to make and is reminiscent of childhood tastes. An ahhh experience! 🙂

The waffles are naturally gluten-free, which makes the whole thing even more enjoyable.

Ingredients for about 20 waffles:

  • 250 g liquid butter
  • 4 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ tsp soda / baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 500g potato starch

All ingredients are mixed together and baked in a waffle iron.
Quite simply, no frills.

In the past, these waffles were powdered with thick powdered sugar. So they were a joy for us children!

Have fun baking and enjoy your meal!
