Good morning, It's a pretty day here...........so far intil the snow hits once again. I have a question maybe someone on here can answer. I got a sweepstake thingy from a well known jewelery store in New York and in the terms and conditions its says that the contest is open to residents of Canada also but they have to take a speed aptitude test to see if they qualify. What is that and why do the residents have to take it to qualify? I checked out the company and it its legit. I have never seen this listed on anything before and thought it was odd.
