I love Goodwill Outlet and rarely go to regular Goodwill anymore. I recently started buying children's books from the outlet, setting my budget at a strict $20. I usually can get about 40-50 books for this amount depending on the size of the book. Then I turn around and resell them for a dollar apiece. I do this about once a month and its where my dog food money comes from. 
Only downside to my outlet, and not sure if its true for all Goodwill outlets, but we do not have a dressing room. Kinda a bummer when I find cute dresses and pants, but for how cheap they are I usually take the risk.
