I thought I would post the recipe I used to make granola yesterday. All the ones I have seen here have had so much more stuff in it so I thought I would post this very basic recipe. I don't know where I got it from I have looked so many places this week at recipes.

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. honey
5 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. raisins*
1/2 c. dry milk
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt

Mix brown sugar, oil, and honey in a saucepan. Heat until the sugar is dissolved. Combine dry ingredients in a large cake pan. Pour sugar mixture over dry mixture and mix well. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Let cool in pan. Store in airtight container.

*add raisins after cooking

I didn't put raisins in mine b/c I didnt have any and DS doesnt like them.
