1 large package frozen hasbrowns
1 med onion diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans of water
6 cups of water
1 T. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a dutch oven or soup pot bring slowly to a boil. Boil for approximately 45 minutes stirring often.
Serve with cheese and bacon bits on top
