i dont know what i did wrong or it could be the rain..i use a bread machine and the dough stuck to my hands as i pulled it out and it didnt do this before.. if its damp should u not make bread\dough..im so new at this ..but the "hot pockets" i made came out good..i didnt put in enough filling in:rcloud:

It sounds to me like you needed more flour...if its that sticky, kneed in more a little at a time..
I'm not sure about the rain/ I used to make breads daily...without a bread machine...now with just the 3 of us I use the machine and don't use it often.

I don't think it has anything to do with the rain. I've baked bread for years when its rained and even when the humidity is high and it always turns out okay.

Do I understand from your post that you use the bread machine to mix the dough and then bake the loaves in the oven? If that is the case, you may need a bit more flour, not much though. Also, is your bread machine working properly?

Mmmmm those "hot pockets" sound good!!
