I made my beef barley/vegetable soup today which I've made many, many times before BUT today it doesn't taste too good. It has that strong "acidy" taste. I used tomatoes that I had frozen from last years garden but I've done that before. Is there something I can add to get rid of that taste. I made a HUGE batch and don't want to throw it out!! HELP!!!

Ok, thank you SO much ladies!! What I did was put in a pkg. onion soup mix AND some sugar!!! The boys gobbled it up!!! Nothing like making them my gineau pigs......if they ate it it had to be OK ;) No really, it turned out fine. I am so thankful I could save it because what a waste that would have been!!:( I still have a huge pot left over!! Yeah!!
