In the last few years, I've noticed more recipes calling for this spice mixture, but at the grocery store, it's relatively expensive, or it was then...so I turned to the homemade variety...

I'll have to see if I can find a few of the recipes to post...In the meantime, try sprinkling some on rinsed and dried chicken pieces and either bake, broil, or grill...We've not grilled the chicken on the actual outside grill, but on my Foreman-they turned out great!!

I have been searching for herbes de provence forever! It's an ingredient in a lot of my gluten free recipes that I wanted to try, but never could because I couldn't find it. Thanks so much! :)
