Did anyone do this offer? I sent in for several of the phone cards and have yet to receive them. That was in October and we're now into January. Just curious what experience others have had with this promo.

Well, I'm happy to report in that I received 3 phone cards in the mail two days ago. I ordered more than that so there's hope that the rest will show up as well.
